Dr. Mohammad Barakat is an Advisory Board Member at AML Certification Centre and Global Managing Director of Consilium Advisory, a Dubai-based consultancy providing a wide spectrum of services in AMLCFT, financial crime, cybercrime, and financial forensics. With a career spanning financial crime prevention, cyber risk, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across multiple sectors and jurisdictions, he brings a multi-sectoral and international perspective to risk management and strategic advisory.

His work is rooted in financial crime compliance, investigations, and regulatory advisory, with a deep understanding of how technology and media influence risk landscapes in the MENA region and beyond.
