Andrei Sribny, CEO and Co-Founder of AML Certification Centre
Practical learning.
Professional capability.

Background

From understanding
the rules to
applying them.

In Big Four consulting and banking, Andrei saw a recurring challenge: understanding regulatory requirements did not always translate into the ability to implement them. He co-founded AML Certification Centre to make practical capability central to professional learning.

His work connects compliance teams, regulators and financial intelligence units across the EU, the UK, Latin America and Africa. He leads training initiatives and sessions for the Centre’s largest partners and serves as project manager for the CEPOL Diploma Course on Financial Investigations. The focus is on turning complex AML/CTF frameworks into training that reflects the responsibilities of the role.
