Does my certificate depend on membership?

No. Your certificate does not expire. Membership is optional and gives you access to continuing learning and member benefits.

What happens after the included six months?

The first six months are included with a paid programme or business training. We invite you to renew if you want to continue. You are not automatically charged when this included period ends.

A directly purchased annual membership renews each year unless you cancel.

How do I cancel?

Cancel online from your account at any time. Your membership stays active until the end of the year you have paid for, and it does not renew.

How does the annual short-course credit work?

Each paid year of membership includes one short-course credit. Redeem it for one short course from the available selection. The six months included with a programme do not come with a credit.

Do members get new versions of programmes?

Yes. An active membership includes the new versions of programmes you have bought: new editions, added modules and regulatory refreshes.

Is there a minimum CPD requirement?

No CPD minimum is required to hold or renew membership. Your CPD record brings together programme and session activity, alongside external learning you add yourself, with a PDF export.

How does member pricing work?

Active members receive 15% off eligible CASS, CAPS, FIAR, Foundations and sector programmes. The best available price is applied automatically at checkout; discounts are not stacked with promotional codes and do not apply to payment plans.

For events and reports, members receive 20% off: mention your membership when you book.

The member discount does not apply to business pricing or the €999 CASS and 12-month membership bundle.

Can I combine CASS with membership?

CASS is €959 and includes six months of membership. The €999 CASS bundle includes 12 months of membership.
