Corporate AML training & certification

Build stronger AML judgement across your organisation.

Assessment, certification and live training, shaped around your people, policies and risks. Start with a single session or plan the whole year, with the training records your reviews need.

Example case

Nine cash deposits of €9,400 in twelve days. No business reason on file.

An example case: eight analysts review nine cash deposits of €9,400 in twelve days with no business reason on file. In the team AML check, three of the eight escalate it. After each role is certified, five escalate. After a workshop on the case, seven of the eight escalate, with reasons. Their decisions and reasons are reported, and the reports show the one colleague to follow up.

  2. 02

    Certify

Give each role the right qualification

    • AML Foundations and its industry tracks, for customer-facing and operations teams
    • CASS, for specialist and senior AML responsibilities
    • CAPS, for compliance leaders at EU crypto-asset service providers
    • FIAR, for investigators and asset recovery teams
    Compare the programmes
  3. 03

    Develop

    Keep practice current

Use agreed criteria to explore what was missed, why it matters and when to escalate.

We agree the learning objectives, content and assessment criteria with you before development.

Our courses in your LMS

Bring our AML courses and expert-developed simulators into the learning environment your teams already use. We review your existing content, identify gaps and agree what to add.

Discuss content licensing
  • SCORM packages

Compatible course content inside your LMS, with the package version and tracking tested together.

  • Our learning platform

Interactive simulators, and whole programmes where you prefer, run on our platform, with the records your managers need.

  • Custom API integration

On request, we connect your LMS to our learning for the content access, data exchange and records you agree.

What we agree before delivery

The learning: selected courses and simulations, any adaptation, permitted internal use, learner numbers, licence term and the update arrangements.

The integration: compatibility, access, tracking, reporting and support. Interactive simulators run on our learning platform where a SCORM package is not suitable.

The evidence: assessment, CPD and certification arrangements for the selected learning. Professional certification follows the relevant programme’s assessment requirements.

Security and supplier review

Bring learning, IT, legal and procurement into the same conversation. We help you assess the delivery model, data handling and contractual arrangements before onboarding.

Procurement and DORA
NDAs, supplier registration, purchase orders and statements of work. Where relevant, we review DORA-related contract requirements with your team.
Learning access
Our learning platform connects access, assessment and certificate records. Live sessions run online, at your premises or in a hybrid format.

Frequently asked questions

We agree the people, scope, delivery and evidence before the learning begins.

Can we start with one team or one session?

Yes. Book a single training session or workshop, certify one team, or start with a team AML check. If you want continuing support, we plan an annual programme around the results.

Can you assess our team’s starting point?

Yes. A team AML check gives you a combined report of knowledge levels and gaps once three people finish; individual results appear only when people choose to share them. For candidates, AML Assess combines an investigation simulator with a test before you hire.

Arrange a team AML check
Can you use our policies and documents?

We can adapt existing programmes or develop modules, courses and simulators around your policies, risk profile and work. Together, we agree the source materials, learning objectives and decision criteria before development.

Can people learn through our existing LMS?

Yes. We review the content you already have and scope licensed courses or simulators to fill agreed gaps. Courses can be delivered as SCORM packages, simulators and whole programmes run on our learning platform, and we can build a custom API integration on request.

What certificates and records will our team receive?

The agreed learning determines the award and records. Professional certification follows the programme’s assessment requirements. Live-session certificates, CPD allocation, attendance records and manager reporting are confirmed for the selected delivery.

How are timing and pricing agreed?

Each programme’s individual price is on its page. For teams, we quote for the people, programmes and live sessions you choose, as a single session or an annual agreement, once we have agreed the scope, any tailoring and the delivery. Allow around four weeks to prepare tailored live sessions.

Which languages can our team learn in?

The learning platform works in English, French and Spanish. CASS can be studied in English, French or Spanish, and AML Foundations in English or Spanish. CAPS, FIAR and the industry tracks are taught in English, and certificates are issued in English.

Our team already holds CAMS. How does this fit?

Keep CAMS: it shows what your people know. We add the implementation layer, with role-based training, practice on realistic cases and records your reviews can use. Read how CASS compares with CAMS.
